Drink plenty of water: sometimes your body confuses being hungry with being thirsty, so drink up! Water also helps regulate your body systems and improves skin.
Get enough sleep: your body does it;s best work at night. Try to be consistent; go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday. Even on the weekends.
Eat smaller meals: eat more frequently and don't skip breakfast! Keep your body fueled to ensure caloric expenditurel.
